What is C-4?

Percent of families reporting early intervention services helped the family: (A) Know their rights, (B) Communicate their child's needs, and (C) Help their child develop and learn.

Where can I find my data?

The Family Outcomes Data Profile Report was sent to local service areas by Wayne State University.

When was the data collected?

The 2017 Strand Report includes data from 2015Family Survey.

What is the target?

C-4A: 58.80%
C-4B: 53.80%
