CIMS-2 November 2009 Update!

• CAP Status Report #1 was due October 1, 2009 for all CAPs. If you have not submitted your CAP Status Report #1, please do so immediately.
  
• B-11: Child Find Data Verification activities (all locals) and Discipline Data Verification activities (select locals only) were due November 2, 2009. If you have not submitted your B-11 Data Verification or Discipline Data Verification, please do so immediately.
• Status Report #2 is due for locals who have not requested CAP Closeout by December 1, 2009.  Status Report #2 can be found in the CIMS-2 electronic workbook under “My Status Reports”.
• CAP Closeout requests are due December 1, 2009 for all Part B CAPs. If you have not completed your CAP activities and cannot request CAP closeout by this date, please be sure to complete and submit Status Report #2. It must include documentation as to why the CAP activities were not completed and an anticipated date of completion. Your ISD Monitor and/or the MDE will make a contact with you to ensure timely correction of noncompliance.
